Mrs. Ahamed a post graduate (MA) from School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), John Hopkins University, Washington D.C. in Development Economics / Public Health, is currently associated with the Board MSFH India (Trust), Brookings Institution Council, Turquoise Mountain Foundation USA. She is a journalist and contributes articles to foreign policy magazine, “The Asian Age” and “Seminar” among others. She was the London correspondent for NDTV from 1989-1996 . During her professional career she worked at the World Bank and conducted research at Victoria Zenana Hospital. She is also a Trustee at MSFH India Trust and has been associated with the organization from its inception and is instrumental in many ways.
