A small step towards humanity – Dr S. Chandrasekharan, Director South Asia Analysis Group

I normally spend one month’s pension for charity and I chose Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a priority. Firstly, MSF has a global imprint. I have personally seen MSF in action in Sri Lanka and elsewhere and I have only praise for those volunteers who take risks to help humanity. I am glad to become part of this noble movement which is absolutely dedicated towards saving lives. I know that though it is a small contribution from me, it will be usefully spent. Finally, I derive immense satisfaction that my little contribution will go a long way in helping humanity.
